Further Public Engagement

Opportunity for the community to view emerging design concepts for the site at Glasshouse Lane. A Public Exhibition is taking place at The 100 Club, Wear Barton Road, on 14 June 2023 from 2pm to 5pm. Members of the public can drop in to the exhibition to view the amended scheme and speak to Exeter City Living representatives and their project team.

Planning submission and consideration

Summer 2023

We are aiming to finalise the scheme and submit a full planning application to Exeter City Council (as the local planning authority) in Summer 2023. The full suite of planning documents, supporting reports and surveys, including a Report of Community Involvement, will be available on the Council’s planning portal at www.exeter.gov.uk, when the application has been submitted.
