News on Glasshouse Lane, Exeter

Thank you to everyone who attended our event at The 100 Club on 14 June to view the updated proposals for the site at Glasshouse Lane.

Over 70 residents and stakeholders signed in at the event and we have so far received feedback from 65 respondents on this website.

This round of engagement continues until 28 June; if you haven’t given us your feedback yet, please remember to do so before the closing date.

What happens next?

All feedback and comments received will be analysed and considered by the design team. We will publish responses to frequently asked questions on this website in due course.

The design team aims to submit the planning application to Exeter City Council Local Planning Authority later this summer. Once the application has been registered it will be available to view on the Council’s online planning portal where you will have a further opportunity to comment. Immediate neighbours to the site will be formally notified of the application as part of the Council’s statutory planning consultation.
