Further feedback

You can submit comments on the latest proposals via this website until 28 June 2023.

Your feedback will help to shape the final design being submitted for planning.

Planning submission

Our plan is to submit the planning application to Exeter City Council (as the Local Planning Authority) in Summer 2023.

Once the application has been registered it will be available to view on the Council’s online planning portal where you will have a further opportunity to comment.  The full suite of planning documents, supporting reports and surveys, including a Report of Community Involvement, will be available on the Council’s planning portal at www.exeter.gov.uk when the application has been submitted. We will publish the planning application reference on this website.

Immediate neighbours to the site will be formally notified of the application as part of the Council’s statutory planning consultation.

Further activity

Subject to a planning approval we anticipate starting on site in Winter 2023/2024 with an anticipated completion date of Spring 2025.
